4 - 6 years

Qualification:

B.E in Electrical / Electronics or Equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule production activities; manage open production orders. Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet daily output plans. Ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing resources. Analyze risks before production and take preventive actions. Check material availability and coordinate with Purchase for timely supply. Analyze shift-wise productivity and losses, and drive improvements with CFT teams. Monitor inventory levels and manage WIP stock replenishment. Maintain production records, analyze inventory in SAP B1 and MES. Conduct production order analysis and monthly order closures. Coordinate with Dispatch for on-time deliveries. Manage RM replenishment and rejection follow-up with Quality, Production & Stores. Maintain minimum finished goods inventory as safety stock. Achieve departmental KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
