Job Description

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders and inventory.

Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, and Production for material, manpower, and tool availability.

Monitor and control production flow to ensure timely completion of components and assemblies.

Prepare production load charts and capacity planning reports.

Monitoring & Analysis

Track production performance and analyze variances against scheduled plans.

Identify bottlenecks and coordinate corrective action to reduce downtime.

Prepare and maintain production reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Material & ERP Management

Manage MRP and generate purchase requisitions.

Maintain and update BOM, routings, and work center data in ERP.

Ensure material optimization and coordinate with stores for issuance.

Lean & Process Improvement

Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Engage in process optimization for efficiency enhancement.

Key Skills Required

Strong analytical & production planning skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Knowledge of machine manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, welding).

Understanding of quality & safety standards.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Manpower handling capability.

Additional Preferences

Experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) manufacturing.

Background in heavy engineering or fabrication.

Experience in industrial equipment production.

Knowledge of ISO, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
