Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations management, preferably within the oil and gas, heavy manufacturing, or process industries.
Most prefer: Automobile, Valve and fastener and CNC Programming.
Technical Knowledge:
Develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules for various oilfield operations, including but not limited
Strong understanding of production planning methodologies
Familiarity with oilfield operations, equipment, and processes is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management techniques.
Understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address production challenges and optimize resource allocation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in planning and scheduling.
