Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling

Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels. Create detailed weekly and monthly production schedules. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Work closely with design and engineering teams to understand technical requirements. Liaise with shop floor supervisors to track production progress and resolve bottlenecks.

Inventory & Capacity Management

Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, WIP (Work-In-Progress), and finished goods. Analyze production capacity and suggest improvements for better resource utilization. Implement and monitor KPIs for production planning effectiveness.

Process Improvement

Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Identify and resolve planning issues to minimize delays and improve overall productivity.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare production reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management. Maintain accurate records of production activities, planning changes, and delays.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
