Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Production Planning & Controlling professional to manage and optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory control within the paper manufacturing division. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring production targets are met efficiently while maintaining cost controls and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute production planning and control strategies to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines. Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to ensure raw material availability aligned with production schedules. Monitor production workflows and adjust plans to optimize capacity utilization and reduce downtime. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to balance demand and supply. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Collaborate with quality control to ensure all production outputs meet industry and company standards. Maintain production reports, forecasts, and KPIs for management review. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and scheduling processes. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in production planning activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production planning and controlling within a manufacturing setup, preferably in paper production. Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies, MRP/ERP systems, and inventory management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in production scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools. Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Proven track record in optimizing production efficiency and inventory control.

Pay: ₹301,101.44 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
