Job Description

Develop, implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to make changes in demands, equipment failures or other disruptions. Need to coordinate with the material team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of product (corrugated boxes). Analyze production data and performance metrics to measure areas where actions to improve. Prepare regular reports on production performance and other areas. Can take initiative in continuous improvements to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
