Summary:

Saru Silver Alloy Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed name in the silver brazing alloy manufacturing industry. With decades of excellence in precision engineering and metallurgy, we are looking for

Production Planning and Control (PPC) professional.

The role requires close coordination with production, procurement, R&D, quality, and sales teams. Knowledge of metal melting, casting, extrusion, drawing, rolling, cutting, and alloy chemistry is preferential.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily/weekly production schedules and plan material requirements (silver, copper, zinc, phosphorus, nickel, flux, binders) and maintain accurate inventory levels. Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and sales to align orders with capacity. Monitor production progress, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed. Track WIP(work-In-Progress)to ensure max. material utilization and minimal scrap. Track capacity utilization, downtime, and take corrective actions. Coordinate for on-time dispatches, quality checks, and packaging. Prepare daily PPC performance reports. Handle production rescheduling during breakdowns, reworks, or urgent customer demands.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of brazing alloy processes and metallurgy. Production planning, capacity loading, and inventory management. Excel proficiency & advanced communication skills. Analytical thinking, coordination, and problem-solving.

Qualification:

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production, or related field.

Experience Required:

3-5 Years (in metal/alloy or similar manufacturing industry)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
