- Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Department: Operations / Manufacturing

Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Location: Plant / Factory

Budget : 4 - 6 LPA (Based on the skills & experience)

Role Purpose

To plan, monitor, and control production activities to ensure on-time delivery, optimum inventory levels, and efficient utilization of resources by coordinating with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and release daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer schedules and forecasts

Monitor plan vs actual production and take corrective actions

Ensure material availability as per production plan and avoid line stoppages

Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Production teams for smooth execution

Control RM, WIP, and FG inventory to avoid excess and shortages

Track customer schedules and ensure OTIF delivery performance

Prepare production, dispatch, and inventory MIS report

Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?213,811.37 - ?1,364,659.59 per year
