Job Title: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer
Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated PPC Engineer to help plan, schedule, and monitor day-to-day production activities in our machine shop. The role focuses on ensuring material availability, smooth workflow, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling: Prepare daily/weekly schedules based on customer orders and machine capacity.

Resource & Capacity Planning: Check machine availability, coordinate manpower, and plan material requirements.

Material & Inventory Coordination: Work with procurement and stores to ensure raw materials and tools are available when needed.

Shop-Floor Follow-Up: Track job progress, identify delays, and help resolve bottlenecks.

Coordination: Communicate with sales, design, QC, and production teams to keep everyone aligned.

Reporting: Update WIP status, job completion, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (or related field).

Experience: 1-3 years in production planning, machining, or manufacturing (freshers with strong interest may also apply).

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of machining processes and reading drawings/BOMs

Familiarity with ERP or planning software (training can be provided)

Good data recording and MS Excel skills

Soft Skills:

Organized and detail-oriented

Good communication and teamwork

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
