We are looking for an experienced PPC Engineer with strong exposure to the sheet metal industry. The candidate will be responsible for effective production planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Production planning and control for sheet metal manufacturing operations.
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Coordination with production, purchase, stores, and quality departments.
Monitoring production progress and ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.
Material planning and inventory control.
Ensuring optimal utilization of machines and manpower.
Handling order tracking, dispatch planning, and MIS reporting.
Continuous follow-up on production status and resolving bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Experience:
6-7 years of relevant PPC experience.
Mandatory experience in sheet metal industries.
Hands-on experience with SAP systems and MS Excel.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
