Key Responsibilities

Define and execute strategic goals and objectives Oversee the full lifecycle of tool manufacturing--from product design through dispatch Maintain stringent quality control and ensure regulatory compliance Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching and development Supervise maintenance, infrastructure, and supply chain operations

Strategic mindset with strong leadership capabilities Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and driving organizational transformation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Solid financial expertise, including budgeting and cost management Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Technical & Operational Proficiencies

Proven excellence in manufacturing operations Deep knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) Expertise in safety standards and regulatory compliance Proficiency with modern manufacturing technologies
