\xc2\xb7 Meeting delivery schedule based on requirements. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing daily production plan. \xc2\xb7 Analysing the scrap generation and acting to reduce in process. \xc2\xb7 Manpower planning and control. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for maximum utilisation of machines. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintaining mould efficiency & improvements. \xc2\xb7 Review daily / monthly MIS Report. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for conduction new mould trails and given inputs for improvements. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to develop alternate Plastic raw material. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining the system and documents as per requirements. \xc2\xb7 Long-time forecasting \xe2\x80\x93 capacity plan. \xc2\xb7 Root cause analysis (Why \xe2\x80\x93 Why analysis) for each defects / breakdown. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining Operator, Technician and Engineer Training. \xc2\xb7 Maintain smooth conduct in production floor. Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role \xc2\xb7 Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools \xc2\xb7 Advanced skills in MS Office \xc2\xb7 Organizational and leadership abilities \xc2\xb7 Communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
