Job Description

Plan, organize, and control the production schedule to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Monitor material availability, manpower, and machine capacity to ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and maintenance teams for effective planning.

Optimize inventory levels by balancing demand and supply.

Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management.

Lead and mentor the PPC team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Production/Mechanical/Industrial Management or related field.

Proven experience in production planning & control within a manufacturing/engineering environment.

Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory control, and capacity planning.

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
