\xc2\xb7 Capacity-wise planning and prioritizing production of Shop Floor and Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly production planning according to the customer schedule and material availability. \xc2\xb7 Analyse and evaluate production report to understand production cycle. \xc2\xb7 Assist Production Head to determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand \xc2\xb7 Coordination with stores and purchase dept. and ensure availability of material required to achieve dispatch plan. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with design dept. and ensure updated documents are made available for production on the shop floor; and ensure output in regards with process defined at production end. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with QC team to check the availability of gauges and measuring instruments. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with marketing and sales if any changes are made in the production plan that could affect the planned dispatch date. \xc2\xb7 Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption \xc2\xb7 Prepare performance reports and control chart.
