Job Description

We're looking for a versatile and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage both

Production Planning & Control (PPC)

and

Bill of Materials (BOM)

creation for our custom furniture manufacturing unit in Manesar.

This is a

dual-function role

ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional coordination, planning accuracy, and structured documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Control (PPC):

Plan and schedule production based on order pipeline and delivery timelines Coordinate with design, procurement, and factory teams for smooth operations Monitor production progress, track job orders, and identify delays or gaps Maintain daily and weekly reports for production tracking and performance

Bill of Materials (BOM):

Create and maintain accurate BOMs based on design and technical drawings Work closely with design and production teams to ensure correct material specs Update BOM versions as per changes in design or material Enter BOM details in ERP system and assist in inventory forecasting

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering 2-5 years of experience in furniture or modular manufacturing industry Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools Working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is an added advantage Highly organized, process-driven, and able to multitask independently
