Job Summary:

The Production Planning and Control (PPC) Executive/Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, scheduling, and control of manufacturing processes to meet production targets, optimize resource utilization, and minimize costs. The role involves coordination between various departments including procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules. Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet targets. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw material availability. Track material consumption and update Bill of Materials (BOM) as needed. Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports. Optimize capacity utilization and reduce machine downtime. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Analyze production bottlenecks and develop solutions for process improvements. Liaise with quality control to ensure product standards are met. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align production with customer requirements. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field. 1 years of experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment. Practicle knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
