About the Role (PPC - Production Planning & Control)
We are looking for an experienced
PPC Manager
to join BD Dabral Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling daily/weekly production so that all orders are completed on time, machines and manpower are optimally utilized, and any bottlenecks are identified in advance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on confirmed orders, drawings, and material availability.
Create cutting plans, machine loading plans, and job sequencing for each section (Panel, Solid Wood, Assembly, Polishing, Upholstery).
Track actual vs planned output, delays, and rework; update revised plan end of day.
Coordinate with Design, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch for drawing release, material readiness, and dispatch scheduling.
Maintain planning boards and Excel MIS for order status, WIP stages, promised dates, and delivery timelines.

Planning visibility:
% of orders with clear stage-wise plan and target dates
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in
PPC
, preferably in
furniture manufacturing
.
Strong knowledge of production workflows in furniture or woodworking.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage deadlines.
Good command of Excel, planning tools, production MIS, and shop-floor coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
