We are in the process of hiring Production Planning & Control Executive

Immediate Joiner Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

based on customer orders and delivery timelines. Plan and monitor

card production processes

such as printing, lamination, punching, personalization, and packaging. Coordinate with

sales, design, procurement, and stores

to ensure material availability (PVC sheets, inks, chips, overlays, ribbons). Manage and track

WIP and finished goods

across all production stages. Ensure

machine capacity planning

for printers, laminators, personalization machines, and inspection units. Monitor

production output, rejection rates, and rework

. Coordinate with

quality and security teams

to comply with ISO, PCI, and customer security standards. Identify

production bottlenecks

and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate

production records, job cards, and batch traceability

. Support

cost control, yield improvement, and waste reduction

initiatives. Generate

production MIS reports

and present updates to management. Work with

ERP/MRP systems

for production planning and order tracking.

Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / BTech in

Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

Experience or knowledge in

printing / card manufacturing processes

is an advantage

Experience:

2-5 years

: PPC Executive / Engineer in card/printing industry preferred
