We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to manage and support all stages of our non-ferrous wire manufacturing process. This role ensures the smooth end-to-end handling of customer orders--from placement to production, delivery, and payment receipt. The ideal candidate will coordinate between departments, manage production timelines, and maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production schedules based on customer orders, raw material availability, and machine capacity. Monitor production timelines and ensure targets are met in accordance with delivery schedules. Communicate effectively with the production team, quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure alignment. Maintain detailed production records, logs, and reports for management review. Assist in quality checks and ensure adherence to ISO or industry-specific quality standards. Identify delays or issues in the production process and escalate as needed. Coordinate and monitor all stages of the order fulfillment process, from order placement to production, dispatch, and payment receipt.

Qualifications

B-Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic) Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a production or coordination role, preferably in wire manufacturing or metal processing. Strong understanding of non-ferrous wire manufacturing processes such as drawing, annealing, bunching, or extrusion. Working knowledge of inventory systems and ERP software. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to read technical drawings/specifications is a plus. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
CTC: 3.00 LPA to 4.20 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?320,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
