PPC Executive (Production Planning & Control) Location: Sahnewal, Ludhiana Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Salary: ?20,000 - ?22,000/month Experience: 1-2 years Qualification: Minimum Graduation Gender: Male only Key Responsibilities (KRA): 1. Production Planning & Scheduling Prepare daily and weekly production plans as per order and dispatch needs Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams Monitor production execution and resolve any delays 2. Raw Material & Resource Coordination Ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables Share material requirement plans with Purchase team regularly 3. Daily Monitoring & Reporting Track actual vs. planned production Update daily MIS and report performance to management Identify process delays and recommend corrective actions 4. Coordination for Dispatch Align production timelines with dispatch schedules Share dispatch plan with CRM/logistics for timely execution 5. Data Accuracy & System Handling Maintain production records and enter data accurately Analyze delays, downtime, and rejections for improvement
