1. Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly production plans for Gravity die casting and post casting processes.


2. Monitor production output in all processes.


3. Good understanding of KPIs like OTIF, OEE, cycle time, and changeover time.


4. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies affecting cycle time accuracy.


5. Plan production batches to minimize frequent product changeovers.


6. Monitor customer order schedules and plan production to meet committed delivery dates.

Requirements

1. Capable of working under pressure and handling dynamic production requirements.


2. Clear written and verbal communication for reporting and follow-up.


3. Good execution skills.


4. Proficient in SAP.
