Job Title: PPIC Head (Production Planning & Inventory Control Head)

About the Role
The PPIC Head is responsible for leading the Production Planning and Inventory Control function to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You need to act as a strategic partner to manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to optimize resources and achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement production planning strategies aligned with company goals.
Ensure synchronization between sales forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.
Create and monitor master production schedules.
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Establish policies for inventory accuracy and stock optimization.
Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize shortages or excess.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Work closely with sales, procurement, and logistics to balance supply and demand.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Required skills
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
