Key missions of the position:

• To ensure smooth flow of RM into the shop floor and own the responsibility until product gets invoiced.
• To ensure the delivery of all the customer demands within the customer need by dates.

Responsibilities

• Releasing, Scheduling and daily monitoring of Manufacturing Orders using ERP.
• Daily monitoring of Production Plan V/S Actual.
• Co-Ordination with Supply chain team to avoid shortages/missing parts for the production and circulation of shortage list.
• Ensuring smooth feeding of material against the production plan with stores Co-Ordination.
• Co-ordination with CFT to achieve On Time Delivery (OTD).
• Weekly review with production supervisors to ensure the on-time completion of production plan.
• Assist PED in the correction of Bill of Materials and Routing simplifications.
• Monitoring WIP inventory, Accounting of WIP stocks during Internal and external audits.
• Supporting CS team in executing Spare orders and RR Orders thus, reduction of RR ageing.
• Monitoring of Ageing of Manufacturing Order (MOs) and eliminating MO variances.
