Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer requirements. Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments for timely material availability. Monitor daily production activities and report any delays or bottlenecks. Maintain accurate records of production planning, job orders, and delivery timelines. Support inventory control and material planning activities. Generate reports on production performance, delays, and planning accuracy. Ensure timely communication with team leads and management regarding changes in schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in production or planning. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially aluminium or metal industry (preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
