Key Responsibilities:

Assist the operations management team in coordinating and expediting material flow between departments based on forecasts and daily/weekly production schedules. Plan and monitor equipment and facility capacity to maximize productivity. Develop and manage the MRP system in collaboration with key stakeholders. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and production components. Liaise with the sales team to gather forecasts and convert them into actionable production plans. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Communicate production schedules, priorities, and updates to all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the maintenance and quality assurance teams to ensure all products meet quality and regulatory standards. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production analyses comparing actual performance to the forecast and capacity models. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of production strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Solid understanding of inventory management principles and production processes. Knowledge of capacity planning and production scheduling. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with MRP/ERP systems; knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems is a plus. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in production planning. Fluency in English is required.
