We are looking for a

Production Planner

with hands-on experience in the

cables and wires industry

to join our dynamic team at

Rolliflex Cables Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production process to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of cable products.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute detailed

production schedules

as per demand forecasts and order requirements. Plan, monitor, and adjust resources, materials, and timelines to ensure

on-time production

. Coordinate daily with the

manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and store teams

. Ensure the

availability of tooling, raw materials

, and machine readiness before each production shift. Minimize

machine downtime and scrap generation

by implementing best practices. Handle production documentation and reporting using tools like

Cordy's Software Systems

or similar ERP systems. Work closely with the plant supervisor and operators to ensure

smooth shop floor operations

. Troubleshoot and resolve

extruder and stranding line

issues in real-time. Support implementation of

5S, Lean Manufacturing

, and

continuous improvement initiatives

. Monitor manpower performance and

optimize shift-wise resource utilization

. Ensure adherence to

quality standards, ISO practices

, and safety norms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
