Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Production Planning and Control Executive

to oversee and streamline our furniture production operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control in a furniture manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

production plans and schedules

based on order priorities, stock levels, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with the

design, procurement, and production teams

to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources. Monitor production progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, or quality issues, taking corrective action where necessary. Maintain detailed production reports and update management on daily/weekly performance. Ensure

efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials

to meet production targets. Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse team to

track raw material movement and finished goods dispatch

. Implement and monitor

quality control standards

throughout the production cycle. Ensure compliance with

safety, health, and environmental regulations

within the factory. Analyze production data to

optimize processes

and reduce waste/cost. Support new product launches by aligning production planning with design and development timelines.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
