Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee day-to-day production activities for cosmetic, personal care, and pharma (external) formulations Maintain production documentation including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) Ensure compliance with GMP and company quality standards Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) for in-process checks Optimize usage of raw materials, manpower, and machinery Handle inventory, raw material issuance, and report deviations or issues Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across production zones Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient production runs

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field 1-3 years of experience in production (cosmetic / personal care / external pharma products) Knowledge of formulation processes, production protocols, and quality standards Strong documentation and compliance knowledge Team player with the ability to work independently Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
