Production & Packaging Roles (Food/FMCG Industry)

We are hiring skilled and dedicated professionals for our

Production & Packaging operations

. The roles require hands-on experience in food/FMCG manufacturing, strong technical knowledge, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

1. VFFS Machine Operator

Operate and monitor Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machines. Ensure sealing, filling, cutting, coding, and pouch quality meet specifications. Perform changeovers, minor troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Maintain machine hygiene, production records, and follow GMP & HACCP.

2. Roasting Machine Operator

Operate roasting machines, set parameters (temperature, cycle, speed). Monitor product quality (color, aroma, texture, moisture) during roasting. Maintain roasting logs, conduct cleaning, and basic machine maintenance. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.

3. Line Packing Supervisor

Supervise entire packing line operations and manpower allocation. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and ensure minimal wastage. Train and guide packing operators for SOP/GMP compliance. Coordinate with QA, production, and maintenance for smooth operations. Prepare daily production and shift reports.

4. Packing Material Supervisor

Manage stock of packing materials (films, cartons, labels, etc.). Issue and track consumption of materials as per production needs. Conduct quality checks on incoming and in-use packing materials. Maintain records of inward, outward, and consumption using ERP. Implement FIFO, minimize wastage, and coordinate with purchase.

Qualifications (For All Roles):

10th/ITI/Diploma/Graduate depending on the role. 0-6 years of relevant experience in Food/FMCG industry. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.

Pay: ₹10,103.49 - ₹28,284.26 per month
