As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic professional to lead our production oversight and sourcing operations, ensuring excellence across our manufacturing network.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Production Oversight & Sourcing Manager to manage day-to-day production with our partner factories, ensure consistent product quality, and drive reliable, on-time supply. This role is the main link between our company and our manufacturing network and plays a key part in building processes, teams and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee production across multiple factories (planning, timelines, capacity and on-time delivery).
Act as single point of contact for factory partners; manage POs and resolve production issues.
Set up and maintain QC procedures, SOPs, sampling and pre-shipment inspection processes.
Support food safety and certifications (HACCP / ISO / BRC) and ensure labeling/packaging compliance.
Coordinate new product development trials with factories, food technologists and R&D.
Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate costs and lead times, and evaluate new factories.
Work closely with Logistics and Sales/Operations teams on orders, shipments and project status.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
4-6+ years experience in sourcing or production management, ideally in confectionery, bakery, snacks or beverages.
Proven experience working directly with factories and multi-country manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production planning, QC and international food-safety standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
Willing and able to travel to factories in India and internationally as needed.
