Pouch Packing Machine Operator

Job Summary The Pouch Packing Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining pouch packing machines to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe packaging of products according to company quality standards and production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate pouch packing machines efficiently to meet daily production requirements Set up machines for different pouch sizes, weights, and materials Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure accurate filling and sealing Inspect packed pouches for quality, leakage, weight accuracy, and proper sealing Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance of machines Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards (especially in food/pharma environments) Maintain production records, downtime logs, and material usage reports Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality control teams Minimize material wastage and ensure optimal machine utilization Skills and Competencies Knowledge of pouch packing or form-fill-seal (FFS) machines Basic mechanical and electrical understanding Ability to read and follow operating manuals and SOPs Attention to detail and quality consciousness Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure Experience 1-3 years of experience operating pouch packing or similar packaging machines Freshers with technical training may be considered Working Conditions Factory/production floor environment Standing for long periods and handling machinery Shift-based work, including night shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,086.00 - ?28,525.53 per month
