Production In-Charge - Engineering

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge for a mechanical engineering production plant specializing in Conveyor Systems & Raw Material Handling Systems. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day production operations Plan and monitor production schedules as per project requirements Ensure manufacturing of conveyor systems and material handling equipment as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality teams Handle manpower allocation and shop-floor discipline Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and production targets are met Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage Troubleshoot production-related technical issues Maintain production reports and daily work updates

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering 3-6 years of experience in a mechanical manufacturing/production environment Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, fabrication, and material handling equipment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good leadership and team-handling skills Knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
