Job Description

Operate machinery:

Set up, run, and monitor production equipment to transform raw materials into finished goods.

Quality control:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and troubleshoot equipment when defects are found.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.

Safety and compliance:

Follow and enforce all safety protocols, procedures, and quality guidelines throughout the production process.

Process monitoring:

Watch production processes to ensure they run efficiently and effectively, reporting any issues to a supervisor.

Record keeping:

Document production data, create reports, and maintain accurate records of operations.

Team collaboration:

Work with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work area and improve processes.
