Operate Machinery:

Control and monitor production equipment to ensure it runs efficiently and produces goods to specifications.

Perform Maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent output.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the production area.

Documentation:

Record production data, update logs, and complete necessary paperwork accurately.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.

Collaboration:

Work with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other operators to meet production schedules and goals.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in the production process and suggest innovative solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate and maintain machinery, with mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.
