Job Description

Assist in day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth workflow Monitor production processes and support in improving efficiency and quality Coordinate with production supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams Maintain production records, reports, and documentation Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Support in planning production schedules and meeting daily targets Identify and report process issues, defects, or downtime Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes Understanding of quality standards and safety norms Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work on the shop floor and in shifts (if required) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
