Job Title: Plant Operator - Steel Plant

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor steel plant equipment and machinery (Furnace, CCM, Rolling Mill, etc.)

Ensure smooth and safe operation of the production process.

Perform routine checks and maintenance of plant equipment.

Record operational data and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.

Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to ensure product consistency.

Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, or related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in operating equipment in a steel plant.

Hands-on experience in Furnace / CCM / Rolling / Utility operations preferred.

Knowledge of safety practices and standard operating procedures.

Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
