Role Summary
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that paint products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate mixing, filling, and packaging machinery according to production schedules
Monitor equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance
Perform routine quality checks and report any deviations
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
Assist in inventory management and raw material handling
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing or chemical processing preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹8,323.49 - ₹27,937.19 per month
