Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Production Operator to work on the shop floor and support manufacturing operations. The role involves operating machines as per SOPs, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area (5S)
Perform in-process quality checks during production
Ensure proper handling and movement of raw materials and finished goods
Report any machine or quality issues to the supervisor promptly
Quality & Safety Responsibilities
Follow defined quality standards and inspection procedures
Minimize material wastage and avoid rework
Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
