is highly desirable. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining product quality
Perform routine checks and cleaning of equipment to maintain hygiene standards
Handle raw materials and ensure proper input into the production line
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations in the process
Maintain production logs, batch records, and compliance documents
Adhere to all food safety, GMP, and plant hygiene protocols
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for issue resolution
Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass in Electrical, Mechanical, Dairy.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing unit
Experience in dairy or food processing preferred
Skills Required:
Knowledge of production operations and food safety standards
Ability to operate and maintain automated and semi-automated machinery
Basic troubleshooting skills
Physically fit and willing to work in shift operations
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Working Conditions:
Shift-based role (including night and weekend shifts)
Factory environment - exposure to cold storage areas if in dairy
