The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production line, ensuring efficiency, controlling process parameters, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control production line performance to ensure targets (volume, quality, and efficiency) are met.
Implement and maintain process control strategies and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement in production processes and initiate corrective actions.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Inventory teams for seamless operations.
Analyze downtime, wastage, and performance data to recommend continuous improvement strategies.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for production issues.
Participate in daily production meetings and present relevant metrics and progress.
Maintain production logs, documentation, and prepare reports for management review.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or process upgrades.
