Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Production Operator

with an

ITI/AOCP qualification

and

2 to 6 years of hands-on experience

in a chemical or process manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for operating plant equipment, carrying out batch processes, and ensuring safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

Operate reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other chemical processing equipment. Follow batch manufacturing records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Handle raw materials, charge chemicals as per instructions, and monitor process parameters. Record process data, maintain logbooks, and report deviations immediately. Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and equipment changeovers. Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of chemicals. Monitor safety practices (PPE, hazard precautions, emergency handling). Support shift-in-charge and supervisors in daily production tasks. Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S standards in the work area. Work collaboratively with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

Requirements

Qualification:

ITI (Chemical), AOCP, or equivalent technical certification.

Experience:

2 to 6 years in chemical, agrochemical, pharmaceutical, dyes, or API manufacturing. Hands-on experience with batch operations and plant machinery. Ability to read and follow SOPs, BMRs, and safety instructions. Willingness to work in shift operations. Basic understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling rules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
