We are hiring a

Production Operator

with hands-on experience in process plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment such as

Hammer Mill, Blunger, Spray Dryer, Centrifuge, and Filter Press

, ensuring safe operations and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate

Hammer Mill

for material size reduction as per process requirements Operate

Blunger

for proper mixing and slurry preparation Operate and monitor

Spray Dryer

parameters (temperature, feed rate, moisture) Handle

Centrifuge operations

for solid-liquid separation Operate

Filter Press

for dewatering and cake discharge Monitor process parameters and maintain production efficiency Ensure product quality and minimize material loss Perform basic equipment checks and report abnormalities Follow SOPs, safety rules, and housekeeping standards Maintain production logs and shift reports Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
Required Skills & Knowledge:

Experience in Hammer Mill, Blunger, Spray Dryer, Centrifuge, and Filter Press operations Understanding of process flow in non-metallic / ceramic / chemical plants Basic knowledge of safety practices and PPE usage Ability to identify process deviations and equipment issues Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred Candidate Profile:

0-6 years of relevant production experience ITI / Diploma candidates preferred Experience in ceramics, refractories, minerals, chemicals, or similar industries is an advantage Physically fit and process-oriented Team player with good discipline

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
