Operating and monitoring machinery

: Run and oversee production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Quality control

: Conduct quality checks on products to identify defects and make necessary adjustments to meet standards.

Maintenance and troubleshooting

: Perform routine maintenance, clean equipment, and troubleshoot minor machine issues to prevent downtime.

Safety and compliance

: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for themselves and others.

Production management

: Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, manage time effectively, and adjust priorities as needed.

Record-keeping

: Maintain accurate records of production data and report any significant issues or failures to supervisors.

Team collaboration

: Work with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Training

: Assist in training new operators on processes and equipment.

Preparation

: Clean and prepare assembly lines and workstations for production.
