we are looking for a

Production Operator

at Wacker Metroark Chemicals Pvt Ltd.

1. Contributes directly in the manufacturing activities including packing to ensure production

and quality of product meets required specifications as per production plan / target

2. Monitors products and processes from online control system

3. Performs safety checks prior to working on designated equipment

4. Updates required production records such as SOP (work instruction), Log sheet, Yield,

internal rejection, breakdown analysis data of plant, WIP, RM balancing etc

5. Involves himself in small maintenance work for the smooth operation of plant

6. Should work with the ERP system

7. Faces audits from time to time

8. Follows all job instructions as communicated. Guides a team of workmen.

9. Observes subordinates to ensure compliance with company standards in production, hygiene

and safety

10. Maintains strict guidelines about labeling of goods.

11. Other duties may be assigned as and when required

12. Meeting requirement of all IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22716, SMETA,

HALAL etc)
