We are having an immediate openings for the position of Production Operations Manager/Plant Operations.

Role Overview

: We are a fast-growing startup reimagining how water is produced and distributed. As Operations Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in scaling our production systems, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring water quality and supply consistency. You'll work closely with the founding team and take ownership of day-to-day plant operations while building strong, lean systems.

Key Responsibilities: .

Plant & Production Management o Plan and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and timely production o Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency o Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for raw materials and packaging

2. Quality & Compliance o Ensure adherence to BIS (ISI), FSSAI, and other regulatory standards o Oversee water purification, filtration, bottling, and packaging processes o Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation for inspections

3. Team Leadership o Lead and manage production supervisors, machine operators, maintenance staff, and support teams o Implement SOPs and train team members on safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency o Drive accountability, discipline, and a performance-driven culture

Requirements

: o Bachelor's degree. o 3-5 years of experience in plant operations; at least 2 years in bottled water/FMCG production. o Strong understanding of water treatment processes, bottling lines, and plant utilities. o Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. o Familiar with compliance standards (ISI, FSSAI, factory laws, EHS).
