The Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations with a primary focus on maintaining and improving production quality. This role ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards, while also complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance & Control

Develop and implement quality control processes and standards across all production lines.

Monitor product quality at various stages of production to ensure adherence to specifications.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.

Collaborate with QA/QC departments to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.

Establish and track key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, yield rates, rework levels).

2. Production Oversight

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Work with production supervisors and team leaders to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization.

Monitor and manage production schedules while balancing quality, cost, and delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.), and tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA).

Leadership and team management abilities.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing systems.

Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
