Job Description

Need Diploma Graduates in Mechanical or any technical field who are freshers and newly job seekers and also candidates from Kanchipuram, Sriperumbudhur, Sunguvarchathram are preferred

Basic Responsibilities:

Performing specific tasks within the production line as assigned.

Maintaining operational equipment and tools in good condition.

Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards during production.

Assisting with stock and inventory management on the shop floor.

Reporting any issues or malfunctions in equipment to supervisors.

Technical Responsibilities:

CIP (Clean In Process): Ensure cleaning protocols are followed for equipment during production.

SIP (Steam In Process): Operate and monitor steam sterilization processes for equipment.

Filling Process and Sealing Process: Assist in the accurate filling of blood bags and proper sealing to maintain sterility.

Pre-inspection and Final Inspection: Conduct initial and final quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.

Sterilization Process: Support the sterilization of blood bags and tools using approved methods.

Water for Injection (WFI) Process: Handle and monitor WFI systems to maintain water quality for production.

Bag Welding: Operate machines to weld blood bag components securely.

Leak Checking: Perform leak tests on blood bags to ensure product integrity.

Extruder: Assist in operating extruders to produce high-quality components for blood bags.

Tube Printing: Operate and monitor tube printing machines to ensure accurate and durable markings on PVC tubes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
