Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage batching plant systems to ensure timely, accurate production of concrete as per mix design specifications. Monitor raw material levels (cement, aggregates, admixtures, etc.) and coordinate procurement to maintain uninterrupted operations. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the consistency and compliance of concrete with industry standards (IS/ASTM). Schedule and coordinate daily production plans in alignment with site requirements and dispatch timelines. Maintain detailed production logs, material usage records, and plant performance reports. Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate preventive maintenance with the plant maintenance team. Adapt to

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in EEE / Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in batching operations within an RMC environment. Proficiency in concrete batching software
