Production Officer (Soft Gel / OSD)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Production Officer

to supervise day-to-day manufacturing in our Soft Gel Capsule, OSD, and Liquid Oral sections. You will ensure all operations follow GMP guidelines and SOPs while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production activities in Soft Gel, OSD, and Liquid Oral departments. Handle online documentation including BMR, BPR, and equipment logbooks. Monitor critical process parameters and coordinate with QA/QC for approvals. Manage shift planning and manpower handling. Report deviations, OOS, and change controls to senior management.

Qualifications:

Education:

B. Pharma, M. Pharma, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in a relevant field.

Experience:

1 to 4 years in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or Ayurvedic manufacturing.

Skills:

Strong leadership, knowledge of GMP standards, and ability to work in shifts.
