Job Summary

Develop and implement Systems and Procedures for
manufacturing Pharma meeting Quality, Environment Systems
and Customer requirement
Develop, Execute, Review and Improve Operating Systems
and Procedures supporting Production
Support business in preparing the site for Assessment Audits
by new and existing customers.
Responsible for continual improvement in 5S, EHS, Quality,
Operating Cost in respective areas

Identify and drive improvement in operations, to meet and
wherever feasible surpass customer's expectations
Support Problem solving through root causing techniques and
implement Corrective and Preventive actions
Proactively plan and obtain resources to meet the organizations
Changing business needs.
Deliver and improve Supply Chain expectations on Plan
Compliance, date compliance, quality compliance.
Ensure manufacturing resources management & maintenance.

Responsible for controlling revenue costs under Spares and
Consumables, Manpower

Ensure necessary training is provided to all subordinates and
have capability evaluation carried out to assess and upgrade
Skill levels of people.
Support developmental needs for his subordinates.
Develop and drive to maturity Cell structures in the Plant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
